Em Walker-Smith
Senior Education Consultant
Emily has 20 years of experience in education across secondary schools, educational charities and higher education, and a range of leadership roles. Her Masters research focused on the relationship between school-based mentors and university tutors in initial teacher education, and her doctoral research is currently exploring educational policy and inclusion.
Laura Reynolds
Education Consultant
Laura has experience of a range of leadership roles in secondary schools in Medway and Kent. Passionate about inclusion, equity in education and teaching pedagogy, she has more recently been involved with local primary schools. Laura has personal experience of working collaboratively with SENCO's in both a professional capacity and as a parent. She has first-hand knowledge of the EHCP and appeals process in Kent and has participated in EHCP training.
