Laura has experience of a range of leadership roles in secondary schools in Medway and Kent. Passionate about inclusion, equity in education and teaching pedagogy, she has more recently been involved with local primary schools. Laura has personal experience of working collaboratively with SENCO's in both a professional capacity and as a parent. She has first-hand knowledge of the EHCP and appeals process in Kent and has participated in EHCP training.
